Frequently asked

Will magnesium make me sleepy during the day?
Well-tolerated forms like bisglycinate are not sedative. Most people take them in the evening simply because that is when the effect is most useful.
Is this the same as melatonin?
No. Mineral status and melatonin do different jobs. TruWe's protocol does not contain melatonin.
How long before I notice a difference?
Give any daily supplement 2–4 weeks of consistent use before judging its effect.
