1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract under Indian law to place an order on TruWe.

2. Products and information

TruWe sells nutraceutical and wellness supplements manufactured in FSSAI-licensed, GMP-certified facilities. Product information, ingredients and serving sizes are provided for general wellness education only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

3. Orders, pricing and payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.
• Payments are processed by PCI-compliant gateways. TruWe does not store full card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.

5. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@truwe.in of any unauthorised use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access, scan, probe or disrupt any part of our infrastructure.
• Reproduce, copy, scrape or resell any content from the site without written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity, payment details, or shipping information.

7. Intellectual property

All content on truwe.in — including the TruWe name, logo, product names, copy, images, videos and design — is the property of TruWe or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not use any of it without our prior written consent.

8. Third-party links and services

The site may contain links to third-party websites and services (e.g. payment gateways, logistics partners). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruWe's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or a product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
