What is Liver Biome+?

Liver Biome+ is a daily liver-and-gut formula. It combines liposomal silymarin (milk thistle), NAC, liposomal curcumin and liposomal alpha-lipoic acid with a 10-billion CFU multi-strain probiotic — built around the gut-liver axis rather than treating either organ in isolation.

What does liposomal mean?

Liposomal means the active is encapsulated inside a phospholipid bubble that mimics your cell membranes. This protects the active through stomach acid and may help improve bioavailability compared with standard powder forms for curcumin, silymarin and ALA.

Why include a probiotic in a liver formula?

Roughly 70% of what your liver processes comes through the portal vein from the gut. A disrupted microbiome increases endotoxin load on the liver. Adding 10B CFU of well-studied strains supports the upstream side of the gut-liver axis.

What is NAC and why 600 mg?

N-Acetyl Cysteine is the rate-limiting precursor to glutathione, your body's master antioxidant. 600 mg is the dose used in most peer-reviewed research on liver function and oxidative stress, and is the standard pharmacological dose worldwide.

When should I take it?

Morning, with your first meal. Fat in the meal helps liposomal absorption, and morning timing aligns with the body's natural detoxification rhythm.

How long until I notice a difference?

Most people notice lighter mornings, less bloat and steadier digestion within 2–3 weeks. Skin clarity, energy and bowel regularity typically improve over 4–8 weeks.

Is it a cleanse or detox?

Neither in the marketing sense. There is no fasting, no juice protocol, no laxative effect. It supplies the cofactors your liver and gut already use to do their job every day.

Can I drink alcohol while taking it?

You can. Liver Biome+ is often used by people who drink socially or have a high processed-food load. It does not neutralise alcohol — if you are concerned about your intake, the most effective intervention is to drink less.

Is it safe long-term?

Does it interact with medications?

Can I take it during pregnancy?
