Why does the 40:1 ratio matter?

The 40:1 myo-to-D-chiro ratio mirrors the natural ratio found in healthy ovarian follicles and is the ratio used in the published PCOS trials by Prof. Vittorio Unfer and colleagues. Other ratios have either weaker or contradictory data.

Is this only for PCOS?

No. PCOS is the most-studied use case, but the same insulin-sensitising and hormonal-cofactor mechanisms apply to irregular cycles, hormonal acne, sugar cravings, and metabolic balance in women without a formal PCOS diagnosis.

How long until I see results?

Most users see meaningful change over 3 menstrual cycles (about 90 days). Sugar cravings and mood often shift in the first cycle; cycle regularity, skin and ovulation indicators typically respond by cycle 3.

Can it help me conceive?

What does it taste like?
